Can I bring you my own item(s) for embroidery?

Short answer - YES! Depending on what you're bringing to us, we can more than likely stitch it for you. Pricing for bringing us your own items depends on what you would like stitched onto it, the size of the stitch area (or stitch count), how quickly you would like the item finished (rush fees), artwork fees, etc.

Typical items customers bring to us are backpacks or bags, shirts and other apparel, stoles, tablecloths, swim apparel, fabric lunch boxes, and much more! If you aren't sure if we can embroider something you would like to bring to us, the best way to see if we can is to come visit us in our shop! We'd love to meet you

What type of embroidery files do you use?

Our embroidery machines use Design Source Text (.DST) files! If you already have your logo or design in this format, you may not have to incur as many digitizing fees. We work with .EMB (embroidery), .DST (design source text), and .C2S (click to stitch)

Do you have a minimum order requirement?

Embroidery orders -

We do not have a minimum order size for embroidery services! And depending on our current production schedule (which changes daily), we don't really have a set order maximum either!

Screen printing orders -

Our minimum order size for screen printing orders is 12 items. Screen printing is often used with higher quantity orders and is subject to art, setup, and color fees

Patch orders -

We have the ability to outsource patches in either 25 piece or 50 piece minimum orders! Unfortunately, we cannot facilitate smaller patch orders than this. We have access to tons of different types of patches. We offer embroidered, PVC rubber, printed, printed and embroidery combined, real leather, and fake leather patches! Please give us a call so we can help you with your patch inquiry

Direct-to-film (DTF) orders -

Our minimum order size for DTF orders depends typically on the order you're interested in. The DTF portion of our services include heat press transfers for apparel and stickers. We'd love to help you over the phone create a rough estimated quote depending on what you need

Promotional products orders -

We are constrained by a few different factors which always change depending on what products you're looking for. We offer koozies, keychains, yard signs, stress balls, and about 1,000,000 other things. If you would like your project specific questions answered, we would love to help you directly over the phone or in person!

Which brands do you carry?

We are an authorized retailer with the products supplied by SanMar, S&S Activewear, GameGuard, EpicSports, Alpha Broder, ProCelebrity, and many more!

We are also an Advertising Specialty Institute approved supplier so we have access to millions of promotional products! The possibilities are endless so please let us know what you need.

What is the turnaround time for an order?

This answer depends on a lot of things, but our typical turnaround time is about 7 - 10 business days

Production time depends on -​

• product or items - if you bought from us or are bringing us your own items

• logo, image, or design - the designing and artwork period of the embroidery process takes the longest

• quantity of items - the more items in your order, the longer it will take!

• design changes - if changes are made to the artwork throughout the process, it will prolong the delivery date. But we welcome changes, and will accommodate your wishes within reason. Embroidery is an art, NOT a science!

Can you help me design some artwork or do I need to have my own design or logo already?

Stitch Monkeys would love to help you create artwork for your brand, logo, or occasion! While we are not professional artwork individuals (yet!), we will help you create a draft of the artwork. Bring us your best "napkin" sketch and we will help you go from there!

 

There may be miscellaneous and varying artwork charges related to your order depending on what you need from us.

Can you make this rush order for me?

This answer also depends on quite a few things! Our production schedule will probably dictate whether we are taking rush orders at the moment. The quantity of your rush order, the design and artwork process of your order, the delivery date you require, and financial constraints will also affect if we are able to complete a rush order for you

How can I check the status and details of my order?

Once we have physically entered your information and order into our order management software, DecoNetwork, that information becomes an order with an assigned number. The email address you provided will sometimes first receive a welcome email. DecoNetwork emails are system-generated will get pushed into the junk folder, so please be sure to check there also!

What payment methods do you accept? Do I have to come in to pay my order?

Stitch Monkeys can process credit and debit cards as payment and we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payments in person with cash! ​You do not have to come see us in person to pay or make payments on your order, we can do payment transactions over the phone.

 

Our ordering software, DecoNetwork, also allows you to pay your invoices online without our assistance! Text or call us and let us know you would like a payment link for your order and we will happily send it to your inbox :)​

If you cannot help me with or do not provide what I'm looking for, do you know who can?

While we strive to be your one-stop shop for all things promotional, personal and business embroidery, and screen printing, there can be deadlines we cannot meet, services we do not provide, and orders we cannot serve, unfortunately. BUT! Stitch Monkeys knows a few people - and we'd love to pass along your business to our trusted business friends :) We'll give you our best recommendation depending on what you're looking for

Can you embroider an NFL, NHL, NBA, or other licensed sport, company, military, or university logo?

Unfortunately for most things requiring licensing and trademark permissions, the answer is no - unless you have explicit permission! We have to receive copyright, trademark, or licensing permission from the owner of the symbol, image, or emblem you're looking to embroider before we can embroider something for you
